You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. No questions. No interrogation. No requirement to ship anything back.

- Your order number
- One sentence about why it didn't work for you (optional, but it helps us make the next version better)

That's it. No photos. No usage log. No "proof" that it didn't work for you.

What Happens Next

Our team reviews refund requests within 1–3 business days. Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it typically shows up in 5–10 business days. Keep the strap and balm — we'd rather you actually use them than send them back.

A Few Honest Notes

- Refunds are for the product itself. Shipping is non-refundable.
- The guarantee covers you personally, one order at a time. We can't refund orders placed by someone else or gifts you didn't purchase.
